At Carry-Work, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@carry-work.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the return address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs)

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • We sent you the wrong item by mistake
  • The product does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation that we've received your return
  • Process your refund within 7-10 business days
  • Refund the original payment method used for the purchase

Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition
  • Tags or packaging are missing (not due to our error)
  • The item was returned after the 30-day return window

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@carry-work.com with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • You will not be charged for return shipping

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • If the package cannot be located, contact us at contact@carry-work.com and we will investigate

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will work with you to find a solution.

9. Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us at contact@carry-work.com before the item ships.

After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, you must follow our standard return process to receive a refund.
