1. General
By accessing and placing an order on carry-work.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Carry-Work reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For substantial changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., by email or a notice on our website) before the changes take effect. 2. Formation of Contract
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be fully refunded.
3. Products
All products displayed on carry-work.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of leather goods and screen display differences.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are fully inclusive of all applicable taxes and import duties (see Section 6). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Payment
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers — we do not store your card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping to most countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times by region:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or exceptional circumstances. Carry-Work cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Carry-Work operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders. All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the price paid at checkout — there are no hidden charges upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Our full return and refund policy is outlined in our dedicated Return & Refund Policy available on carry-work.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

8. Warranty
All Carry-Work products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
To claim warranty service, contact contact@carry-work.com with your proof of purchase and clear photographs of the defect. We will assess the claim and propose a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on carry-work.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs — is the exclusive property of Carry-Work and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent from Carry-Work is strictly prohibited.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account on carry-work.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@carry-work.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carry-Work shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights granted under the laws of their country of residence, which cannot be waived by these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which apply regardless of this governing law clause (in accordance with EU Regulation Rome I).
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email where possible.
