5. Returns and Refunds

Return Process:

- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
